Loved listening to these two ladies tonight, they just bounce off each other!

Leah is a 5 star director, she worked the business along a high powered corporate job and reached a level in it that enabled her to leave the stresses and time constraints of her corporate job for a career in travel. It took Cassie 6 months to join the business after Leah asked her - her best friend, maid of honour and Godmother to her daughter! Now Cassie is a 3 star director in the company earning $2000 per month bonus!

So many inspirational stories in the business, but more than that so much support - "you're independent but you're not on your own" - there's a community of people to help you grow your business.

What a start to Week 1 of Business Bootcamp - two of the top earners in the business and guest appearance from network marketing coach, mentor, guru Eric Worre!

This is what I love about the business, you can take from it and make of it what you want. Some people use it to earn commission from booking their own holidays (who doesn't want to save money on travel!), some people are now very successful travel advisors or travel agents, and then there is the referral side of the business where people are earning residual income (a monthly income that keeps getting paid after you have done the work) and setting up their families with a willable income once they hit directorship. Wish keeping the house tidy worked like that 😆

Before I came across this business I hadn't realised that commission is built into every aspect of travel. Even though I thought I was getting the best value through online booking sites I was actually leaving that commission behind when I was booking our holidays online.

If you book your own travel (or are the one in the family or friend group who always sorts out the trips) then you could be earning that commission!

Time is precious but the initial training only takes around an hour and your monthly fee gives you access to use the agency's travel license and booking system to book everything from hotels to ferries, package deals, travel insurance, attraction tickets, car hire and more. So booking your next trip won't take you any longer than normal but it will earn you an income!

Our LLG team provides support and access to The Travel Vault which has extra training and insider tips helping you to earn and save more.

Travel Bootcamp is starting next week which provides 6 weeks of training from the top income earners in the business and extra support to help you get earning before Christmas. You will also receive 1 to 1 mentoring from me.

September was a quick month!

Mostly spent walking in and out our lane doing school drop offs and pick ups (3 different collection times this year) and just hanging out with our four. We had a special birthday to start off the month.

The highlight was my brother coming home from Canada for a few days and fitting in art lessons, lego time, few goes on the trampoline and lots of chats with our little crew.

Other out of the ordinary events were a lovely family wedding, finally getting to hike up to Mass Rock with some friends as guides and more giggles at Dad's enormous vegetables - our Leitrim soil is good for something!

I also made day trips to Dublin and London for a travel agent event and network marketing event, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed not only for the learning experience but mainly for getting to meet up with some of our lovely team and a quick visit to a special friend in Dublin.

"So what exactly is it that you do?"

I get asked this so often since setting up my travel business!!

I've joined a host agency that allows me access to their software, travel license, suppliers and training to book travel and earn commission as an Independent Travel Advisor.

I can put together and book a holiday for you including everything from accommodation and flights or ferry, to transfers, travel insurance, activities and event tickets.

I can also help people who are interested in earning commission from booking travel themselves. As part of a wider team and support network I have access to a huge range of experience and expertise. When you join you will be provided with the required regulatory training to authorise you to sell travel, and ongoing training and support if you wish to avail of it.
