A&J Travel Tours is looking for an OFFICE STAFF/ADMIN to join our TEAM!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start date: Immediate
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Admin to join our team. In this role, you will perform various administrative and clerical task. Your duties will include organizing files, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, handling correspondence and providing general administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with office software (such as MS Office), possesses strong communication skills, and is able to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Join us and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office environment!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Atleast College level or completed K12 Curriculum
- Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant (optional).
-Google navigation/ Google search
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
-Preferably living in Taguig
