● Executive co-ordinator

Managerial skills. Take orders from MD. Run office day to day.

Report to MD at or on time. Must use telegram, whatsapp as well as facebook.

Must know basics to forex trading at general.

● PA

Will help executive coordinator when MD is not around. Must take notes at all meetings for MD and executive coordinator.

Must prepare MD office in order before work. Take mails on behalf of MD.

Reports to MD on time.

● Receptionist

This is one who will welcome any1 coming to blues4profits office. Must speak English and sesotho.

Take call for office. Report to Executive coordinator and MD.

● Accountant

The use of excel is important mainly. Do financial records. Keep all expenses in order.

Check daily profits.
Check weekly profits.
Check monthly profits.
Yearly profits.

● Indoor traders (3)

They must have been involved with forex trading either done before or not.

Must know basics to forex.
Know how to use metatrader 4/5.

● Security guard

Control movement in and out of the office. Keep door closed.
Note may be armed.

Take control of any matters happening to disturb office hours.
Must control noise in office.
Report to MD.
