Most diver injuries caused by aquatic animals happen because:

(A) The animal is aggressive.
(B) Aquatic animals are jerks.

SCUBA QUESTION:

If you get cold while diving and can’t stop shaking or shivering, what should you do?

(A) Do not move your arms or legs at all as this will only decrease your body temperature.

(B) Conserve your body heat by swimming slowly.

(C) Swim harder and kick your legs while moving your arms to increase your body temperature.

(D) Call (stop) the dive immediately. Get out of the water and dry off and put on something warm.

Do you still do them? I try to do them before every dive (and always will). But sometimes if you are with a new group of people, they will look at you weird or give you the “I don’t need anyone to check my equipment” attitude.

Do you use it? Do you think it’s worth it?

I’m certified and have used it on multiple dives and haven’t really felt the difference. I do still use it when I’m diving multiple dives in a row though. But if I‘m on vacation and just going to do one two-tank dive I won’t use it.
