Attention all my Disney loving friends and family! Disney is going to stream their nighttime firework show Happily Ever After today on their page. I am sure it won’t be all that it is in person but it will bring a little magic to us all during these trying times!!

In light of Disney closing until further notice they have released an offer for anyone who has had to cancel their vacation package from March 16- May 31st.

I am sad tonight as Disney is shut down and America pushes forward to defend who it can against the invisible enemy. This picture makes me feel a tiny bit better although I can imagine any cast member works at Disney not for pay but for a true love of what they do.

Disney just released the 2020 dates for the special ticketed event, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

This devilishly delightful night includes the return of “Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show (hosted by Jack Skellington, telling a Halloween tale about Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy), “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show and more!

You’ll have the chance to meet characters who only visit during special events.

The fun also includes Halloween décor, delicious food, specialty merchandise, and some bewitching surprises along the way.

Thrill ride Thursday is here once again! This weeks featured ride is The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror! It is located at Disneys Hollywood Studios theme park. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is a free-fall drop ride within a story and setting inspired by The Twilight Zone television series. The premise is the Hollywood Tower Hotel was struck by lightning on October 31, 1939. Expedition Everest takes you on the journey from base camp to the top of the “Forbidden Mountain” where guests come face to face with the mythical Yeti. Thrill Ride Thursday feature for this week Rock 'n' Rollercoaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is a high speed indoor rollercoaster that stars Aerosmith. The ride screams out of the station going from 0 to 57 mph in 2.8 seconds. You are speeding through the dark Las Angeles streets with neon glow features throughout the ride.

Let’s call today Thrill ride Thursday!! We’re going to start with my two older kids favorite ride at Magic Kingdom Splash Mountain.

Splash Mountain is a massive log flume attraction with dark ride elements. Guests follow Brer Rabbit as he searches for his “laughing place” while outsmarting Brer Fox and Brer Bear along the way! Based on the 1946 Disney film Song of the South; featuring songs such as Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah”. You Will Get Wet!!
