Ok! We just acquired some more ground in NW Oklahoma for 2016.

We have 4 bow spots and 2 gun spots! Tags are $280...OTC...this is year round access ( sorry no Local hunters to be fair to the out of state guys). Management restrictions are 135 or 4.5 Years!

We will require a 50% non refundable deposit and some type of reference either previous landowner, lease partner or outfitter.

Once again we are a turn key lease operation...not an outfitter so we can't take everyone.

Ok! We have a heck of a lease opportunity in the Oklahoma Panhandle.

Property is 10,000 continuous acres with alfalfa fields, canyons and big draws. Ideal habitat for bruiser Whitetails and good Mule Deer as well. Tags are over the counter! Your deer tag is good for either a Whitetail or a Mule Deer.

This is a prime property and the price reflects it. Only serious inquiries only please. This will be a $4000-$5000 lease per person. This gives you access all year for deer and turkey.

So we frequently get asked "Are you an Outfitter"? The answer is absolutely not!

We offer a service to both the landowner and the traveling hunter!

For the landowners we screen the hunters and manage the properties to ensure mature deer are harvested vs young bucks with potential!

For the traveling hunter we scout and research the property and the landowner to make sure you are getting what you pay for! We also run cams, hang stands run feeders, work food plots etc so you don't have to!

We don't babysit! We manage!

Our favorite saying is similar to what they say about Vegas!

"Some people just can't handle Kansas"!!

If you can't eat a tag from time to time! You don't need to hunt on our properties!
We have shooters on every property....However, Its fair chase so there is no guarantee of a kill!

What we will guarantee is that we will put you where you need to be so you have a chance at an opportunity of a mature KS whitetail!
