Trying local food is a big part of any holiday. Australia has plenty of unique food options to suit all tastes. Our top 5 foods you MUST try when you’re here:

• Chicken Parmigiana - A chicken schnitzel topped with tomato sauce, melted cheese and ham. A staple offering on pretty much every pub menu in the country.
• Meat pies – Or any pie really. A traditional Australian pie should be hand-sized, filled with mincemeat and gravy, and topped with tomato sauce. My personal favourite is a Chicken Leek Pie though! 🥧
• Barbecued snags (aka sausages) – Aussies love a good BBQ, either whip up one yourself on one of the public Barbecues or grab a sausage sizzle every Saturday from a local Bunnings (Hardware store). It’s simple but oh so good - Wrap a slice of bread around your snag and top it off with some fried onions and your favorite sauce 🌭
• Tim Tams of course!! Anyone who has travelled through Australia will have tried Australia’s favourite chocolate biscuit. I can also recommend taking it up a notch and do the Tim Tam slam (google it 😉).
• Fish and Chips - Australians do a bloody good Fish and Chips with LOTS of Chicken Salt (aka Australia’s best-kept secret)! Perfect for a lazy picnic on the beach 🐟🍟

Melbourne is synonymous with coffee ☕️Wander through the city’s laneways, stop at cafes to take a seat on a stool or milk crate under colourful graffiti works by talented street artists. Melbourne is said to have more cafes per person than any other city on the planet.

Any coffee lovers here? 👋🏼

Discover the best of Melbourne’s world-renowned street art scene on a walk through the city’s laneways. The artwork is as changeable as Melbourne’s weather, so you'll always see something new. We love , they not only take you through the streets of Melbourne but are street artists themselves which gives you a unique insight to Melbourne’s hidden underground treasures!

Is it worth to visit Australia for 10 days? Yes, absolutely!

Billy and his family did exactly that. While you won’t be able to see it all, it is certainly a good amount of time to experience the beauty Australia has to offer 👏🏼 Billy decided to take it easy and to not squeeze too many destinations into their trip – so we planned a lovely road-trip from Sydney to Brisbane for them 🚘 The feedback speaks for itself!

Top 5 Things to do in Melbourne – Another tough one, I mean where do we even start? In no particular order:
•🚲 If you are a first time visitor, we highly recommend a guided bike tour, it’s a fun and easy way to discover the city. We love !
•🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️Wander through Melbourne's laneways – there is always something new to discover in the hive of bustling, creative laneways, with their covert boutiques, street art, famed restaurants and hole-in-the-wall cafes and bars. Start with these: Centre Place, AC/DC Lane, Hardware Lane and Degraves Lane, Block Arcade, …
•🔎Visit fascinating museums: The Immigration Museum (in the historic Old Customs House) or the Old Melbourne Gaol (a former jail which held Melbourne’s most dangerous criminals).
•🎢🐧Head to the beachy suburb of St Kilda and enjoy a gorgeous beach, explore famous Victorian beach houses, a pier and - surprising to many you might even spot some little penguins! While you are there – also check out Luna Park and go on a wooden roller-coaster built in 1912!
•🤤Visit the Queen Victoria Market - we especially love the night market on Wednesdays 5pm-10pm (seasonal). The creative food will leave you spoilt for choice, thank us later!

The Bungle Bungles in World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park was a secret to the outside world until 1983! 😯 Today this maze of orange and black striped karst sandstone domes, often likened to giant beehives, is one of the best loved attractions in Western Australia's Kimberley region. The Bungle Bungles are best seen from the air – let us organise your worry-free adventure!

In our opinion – Road trips are the best way to discover Australia – let’s get inspired:

• 🐊 For adventure lovers: Darwin to Ayers Rock is a must! This trip leads you from the tropical top end straight into the amazing Red Centre.
• 🌾 Outback feels, dreamy beaches and lush forests – Start in Perth and do a loop through the south-west: Perth – Kalgoorlie – Esperance – Albany – Pemberton – Margaret River – Perth and lots of beautiful spots in between.
• 🌊 Coastal classic: The Great Ocean Road of course, it is a reasonably short drive with only 250km, however please take your time and don’t rush through, Otway National Park and hinterland is just as stunning as the spectacular coast.
• 🌿 Melbourne to Sydney – choose between the coastal discovering Wilsons Prom, Lakes Entrance, Merimbula, Hyams Beach and other cute seaside villages or go inland via the Yarra Valley wine region, the amazing Snowy Mountains, the Nations capital Canberra and further through the idyllic Southern Highlands.
• 🐠 Another classic – Sydney to Cairns covering fabulous beaches, lush rainforests, gorgeous islands, popular cities like Brisbane or the Gold Coast, unforgettable wildlife encounters and of course the famous Great Barrier Reef.

Surface of the moon or Western Australia?🧐The view looks like something from a science fiction movie but it’s actually the Nambung National Park, just North of Perth. The Pinnacles form a most unique and fascinating natural landscape and provide wondrous photo opportunities. This is one place you just have to visit at least once in your lifetime. Watching the sunset and star-gazing is an absolute must! 💫

Nature, wildlife and unforgettable experiences were Peter’s priorities for his and his children‘s trip. With only these guidelines and a tight timeframe at hand we designed a truly incredible trip for them.

They visited a island full of wild koalas, spent two nights in a secluded, aboriginal owned camp in Kakadu National Park, created their own Aboriginal style souvenirs in a arts and crafts workshop, spent the night in a privately owned animal sanctuary, went whale watching, snorkelled with manta rays and so much more.

It’s the most rewarding feeling when you as our clients trust us so much and we get to be really creative in making your tour so unique.
That’s our passion, that’s what we love and that’s what we are best at 💪🏼♥️

Australia’s iconic wildlife is cute and cuddly – get up close and personal with a koala, hand-feed a kangaroo or take a selfie with the smiling quokka. However, chances are you will have many more unforgettable wildlife encounters – swim with dolphins, go whale watching, spot crocodiles, hang out with seals and so much more! 😍

That’s a tough one but we love a challenge, they are in no particular order and I tried to stay away from the „mainstream“ / obvious choices 👀
• Myall Beach, Cape Tribulation in the Daintree – tropical North Queensland. A sunrise walk here is just incredible.
• Killalea Beach “The Farm” in the Illawarra NSW, south of Sydney - we might be biased because we are local here, but that’s okay right..?🤫
• Endless beach and surfers to watch? Yes please! Try Fairhaven on the Great Ocean Road.
• Another local favorite – Hyams Beach with the whitest sand on earth. A real stunner!
• Greens Pool in Denmark, WA – safe, quiet and truly magnificent.

The Byron Bay Lighthouse Walk is an easy 4km track to one of the most iconic landmarks in the Byron Shire, standing tall on the tip of Cape Byron. The track also passes the most easterly point of the Australian mainland, the perfect place to spot dolphins and whales 😍🐋

Do you know where this is? 🧐 I’ll give you some hints: It is located halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide and was once once a typical limestone cave, the sinkhole was naturally created when the chamber’s roof collapsed.

I knew you’d get it 👏🏼 This beautiful sunken garden is the Umpherston sinkhole in Mount Gambier 💚
