“I guess the best place to start is the same way I’ll finish, we couldn’t have done this without Chelsea. This was the first time we planned a trip to Disney for our family. Needless to say, we were quite overwhelmed. I had done some solid research online but it was obvious that this was a jigsaw puzzle that was going to need either A) A ton of our time to figure out or B) Someone with the inside scoop to help us out. That was when we reached out to Chelsea. She met with us over a Zoom call and spent the first half of the call just getting to know us, our family, our expectations, budget, and ideas. Based on our interests, Chelsea then gave us a few hotels to research on our own while she put together some packages. It wasn’t more than 48 hours later that Chelsea walked us through a powerpoint presentation of our options. She talked us through all the pros and cons of each hotel and put together a draft itinerary of how we would spend our days in Orlando. She arranged everything for us, from our transportation to and from the airport to our magic bands, even reservations at restaurants. She did this for both my family and my in-laws who joined us for the first 4 days of our trip. While in Orlando Chelsea was in constant contact, texting me each morning to get us set up for our Lightning Lanes and throughout the course of the day to check-in and see how we were doing. Chelsea goes above and beyond. We couldn’t have done this without her. I look forward to working with her as we plan our next trip.”
