My thoughts as a 1st timer at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party…
Random thoughts:
1. Please do not be like me and pull your bracelet too tight that you cannot get it off. I knew going in they were like impossible to get off- but I still fell victim to the bracelet🤪 luckily, the front desk at the resort gladly cut it off for me afterwards LOL
2. Upon arrival, do not forget to grab your ornament- GO RIGHT UPON ENTRY!!
More thoughts…
3. YOU WILL NOT GET IT ALL DONE! Figure out what is most important and do those things.
4. If you can swing it, go to the 2nd parade. It is very late for littles so if you don’t think they can make it that long, plan to find a spot early for the 1st parade!! DO NOT SKIP THE PARADE.
5. Near the end of the fireworks, I went all the way back to Main Street, close to the Christmas tree and as they were ending and people were leaving, I found a wonderful spot on the sidewalk to sit and wait for the parade
6. TAKE THE PHOTOS!
7. Use the map to find the “candy cane” blow ups so you can get you complimentary cookies and drinks. My FAV was Gaston’s, best cookie and the best eggnog ever!
8. Follow the very merry “character greeting” signs to find your favorites
9. The 2nd parade ends VERY CLOSE to ending time of the party- do not leave! There is another show at the castle after the fireworks so you have more than enough time to hop on another ride. I suggest People Mover for great sights of the castle, Tron, and Tomorrowland Speedway all decorated for Christmas. Plus, its the perfect attraction when you are tired!
Pro tip:
✨Jingle cruise is a holiday overlay BUT it is one that stays open during regular park hours too so although the line might be *a little* shorter during the party- if you have other park time be strategic with piecing this one in!
I am sure I have more thoughts so let me know if you have questions!❤️
