Policy
# Booking will be confirmed upon payment of reservation (we require down payment basis) and the remaining balance shall be paid during the check-in time.

# Upon the check-in time though shall confirmed the reservation two hours before the arriving time. Failed to do means cancellation of the appointment.Wherein reservation fee is forfeited.

# Cancellation of reservation shall address 3 days before the given arrival otherwise no refund shall be guaranteed.

# We require to surrender at least one (1) valid I.D. to the security upon check-in time and shall be given back before your check-out time.

# We require security deposit cost One Thousand (1000) pesos per room. Which will be refunded before your check-out time and staff inspection. When there is no sign of damage FULL REFUND will be applied.

# Request to clean your room has additional fee which cost Three Hundred (300) pesos.
