RACE THE TRAIN 2023:
Wednesday, 19th July...
It's just a couple of weeks until this year's 'Race the Train' 5k Fun Run from Dinas to Caernarfon.
If you're wanting to take part, there are two races - a Juniors' race (for runners under-12yrs) at 18:50 and an Adults' race at 20:00 - entry details are available on the Eryri Harriers website - www.eryriharriers.org.uk
Runners and spectators travel to Dinas by train at 18:15 (for the Juniors' run) and 19:30 (for the Adults' run). Spectator's train tickets cost £5 Adult / £1 Child and are on sale at 'Y Stesion - The Station', St. Helen's Road, Caernarfon. (No charge for registered runners, as this is covered in their race fee).
This is the 23rd 'Race the Train' on the Welsh Highland Railway, and it's always a great evening, with supporters cheering on the runners from the train. Come along and share the event with us..!

There’s so much to do within a short distance of Cae Haidd Bach. Tonight we were delighted by the performance at Caernarfon Castle of ‘Twelfth Night’. Dukes Theatre Company were amazing. They are at Conwy Castle for the next few evenings . 🏰⚓️🎭
