Travel Geek Tip Tuesday #4.… This weeks I’m sure lot will know about but still the jet lag can be real! After a long travel day all you want to do is chill and get an early night right? I wouldn’t unless you want to wake up early as your body clock may not have quite adjusted… stay awake as long as you can comfortably…. Then you will hopefully sleep through to a decent time ( especially if you have kiddos) then use the first day as a rise and shine maybe even rope drop your first park?

Security is big in the theme parks and some of the technology is great but take out your bits that could flag up, these include glasses cases, umbrella’s and possibly even camera batteries…. For a smooth entry be ready and hold them out in-front of you and the security team will normally wave you through or onto a second bag check….

I’ve never really been interested in meeting with characters…. Until now! I always found it awkward what do you say especially if they don’t talk back to you. These last two trips have been a breeze and I’ve loved every character interaction ( especially bay max) now I’m planning on who I want to meet next. The fab 5!!!… well nearly…Donald went for some dinner and never came back out!!! Oh well lucky your the best duck in the world 😂😂 Disneyland really is the place to meet your characters, all lines were less then 10 minutes or they were just hanging around in the park absolutely amazing pixie dust.
