So before YOU PEOPLE!! lol start judging, I would like to share my experience with you. It’s been a long year and I have made new lifestyle changes and experimented with different foods and workouts. It has been over a year now that I have been without any source of carbs! or sugar! My main source of energy has came from high fat foods only, and no fats don’t make you fat!! And I feel great!! Its not for everyone I agree, I also know there will be people saying that to much fat is not healthy and to much fat will do this and do that to you. I have also had people trying to convince me to stop what I’m doing but I never had anyone tell me to stop when I was eating McDonald’s or 2 plates of pasta and a sh*t load of chocolate. I am also not here trying to say it is the best thing to do or the healthiest thing to do. I just want to say that if you have a plan stick to it no matter who says what and how hard it gets during your journey. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is that your happy, and you feel good in your own skin. I can honestly say I am truly happy with my progress and how I feel.
