Here is what is left of my compressor's coil on a 5 year old Heat Pump.
On the bright side, I got the opportunity to paint the unit's exterior to flow with the cottage! :-)

This is a traditional beach cottage that is nicely furnished, well equipped, & offers a unique location that is right on the Beach in Kitty Hawk. You will be mesmerized by the beauty of the blue Atlantic Ocean as you sit on the Sun Deck or while relaxing in the Hot Tub where you can watch the waves roll in. Comfortably furnished & decorated, this home has hardwood floors in the main living area, Large Sun Deck overlooking the beach w/gated steps right down to the sandy beach & an Observation Deck for endless views of the entire area. A great choice for your family vacation, this home has a location right on the beach that is unlike any other.

Ground Level: Parking is a Sand & Gravel Drive for 2 Cars, Park Grill. There are 10 Steps to Entry.

Mid Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area w/32 Inch HDTV, Bedroom w/Queen & Full Bath (Tub & Shower), Digital TV, & Hall Full Bath (Shower Only), Enclosed Outside Shower, & Sun Deck w/Hot Tub that offers Outstanding Views & Access to the Upper Level Observation Deck. There are stairs from the south side sun deck that go down right to the beach!

Top Level: 2 Bedrooms w/Queens, TVs, & Ocean Views.
