Mr. Gaurav+1 traveled from Botanical garden to Parichowk in the bus UP16ET 1792 @ 07-Sep-2017, He gives Rs. 500/- note to conductor Ramesh (163) & take 2 tickets 2x47=94/-, conductor remaining money (Rs. 406/-) not refunded just after giving ticket due to unavailability of change, conductor write the remaining amount on the ticket (back side) & says I will refund your money as soon as possible, unfortunately Mr. Gaurav forgot to took his remaining money from conductor & deboard from bus at Parichowk.
Mr. Gaurav sent WhatsApp message to our Helpline WhatsApp no. #9868394969 about this issue, we traced & resolved the issue.

Remaining balance refunded to Mr. Gaurav after verification, finally he was very happy with the NMRC City Bus Service.
