To all the parents out there sending your kids off to college whether it's the first time or the last time, HUGS to you. The first time they go, I could barely breath. But I promise you it will get easier, I don't like it but it does get easier. Remember, you don't want them to live in your house forever...

To all the mamas that have younger kids, I am reminded about a quote, "The days are long but the years are short". Every college mama out there will agree to this. Take a moment, take a breather, be present where your kids are right now, because you will blink and they will be off to college or be moving out to start their adult lives.

Alabama, your 2023 season was spectacular. The Season ended with a 3 yards to go but think about how many yards it took to get to there. The team and Coach Saban played the season with a genuine heart, showcased dignity, grace, and all without scandal. Congratulations to the team up North. ROLL TIDE 🐘♥️
