Hey everyone... Great news. We have changed management companies and are back with the property manager we started with. Ian is phenomenal and anyone who will rent through Grand Welcome in Destin will not be disappointed. Also got some new pics to reflect the changes made over the last year. New patio furniture, all new paint through out, new curtains in master and guest bedrooms, flat screen TV wall mounted in the main living room and more!! Happy 2023 everyone. It has been a very unfortunate road this last year but here we are and up running ready for the 2023 season. The unit has been open for several months, but the balcony opening has been delayed several times due to other factors. But I am happy to say we are within a week or week and a half (pray rain holds off next week) of being completely open. As some of you may see in the reviews the wallpaper was damaged during the door replacement, but I am happy to report that we are now wallpaper free through out the entire condo!!. It is looking really nice and after we recover some costs from last years debacle we will hopefully get some new LVT through out the entire unit next winter. Spring is already completely booked and summer is starting to fill in. Book your dates soon as they will fill up very quick. Hello everyone!! Great news. We are back up and running and open for visitors!! Some cosmetic items will be addressed after summer rush, and the balcony will open in August. Thanks for the patience and hope everyone gets a chance to make it down!
