I have just been in an airport today, and the LAX plastic bottle ban is great. I always try to bring a reusable bottle that I can just refill as I need.

The sea life guys were really good – there’s nothing quite like being led by an enthusiast.

Take to the seas to spot stingrays, dolphins, turtles and humpback whales in the Gulf of Papagayo or simply enjoy watching Capuchin monkeys and parakeets from the beautiful beach at El Mangroove Hotel, Costa Rica.

The hotel supports local fishermen and farmers by sourcing the majority of produce from them. They are focused on minimising their impact by recycling and tree planting. The hotel was also constructed using local materials where possible.
