You should always have the numbers of your doctors, especially when traveling. Keep a list of all the medications you take including herbal supplements. In addition, make sure to list any allergies or other medical conditions you may have, as well as any history of previous injuries or surgeries that could be relevant in an emergency situation. If you're ever involved in an accident or otherwise injured, don't rely on your memory to get this information across to medical personnel.
