Our Story
The Founder is originally from the United States, having lived in California, Hawaii, New York, Michigan and Seattle, and has lived in Hsinchu, Taiwan since 1996. I have a wife and two teenage kids who attend public school in Taiwan.
USTEP cooperates with FLAG International, a well-established student exchange organization based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to arrange long-term and short-term school visitation programs.
We also arrange sports tours for High School athletic teams to visit Taiwan to participate in tournaments and to visit and practice with local schools; our primary focus is on basketball (boys and girls) but could include other sports such as volleyball, golf, and more.
