The Tett brothers, born into a sixth-generation African family, have run two enterprises for many years. Bushtracks Expeditions, situated in California, and Bushtracks Africa, based in the Kaza Region, in the heart of Africa. Now, these two companies have merged into a union that is stronger than the sum of their parts as they each work to support and enrich the other. David and Christopher Tett believe that "Combined under the Bushtracks umbrella, we will draw on our decades of experience to push the boundaries of travel innovation and remain focused on delivering outstanding services and capabilities." Each Bushtracks journey is a true African adventure, planned by African insiders with first-hand knowledge of the continent's attractions, camps, and guides. The Tett brothers spent much of their youth camping in Botswana's Makgadikgadi Salt Pans and Okavango Delta, as well as Zimbabwe's Hwange, Mana Pools, Gonarezhou, and Chizarira National Parks. As well as owning a large fleet of vehicles in these areas, our company provides a full and experienced DMC offering to these countries. Apart from handling most of the free independent traveler in the area and the tender to manage all of Sun International’s groups, we handle all types of groups, incentives and conferences in these areas. Destination Management: Since inception in March 2001, Bushtracks Africa has grown to be one of the largest and leading destination management companies. Our company negotiates the best available rates from all the properties in the region, and our expertise allows us to place the right guest in the right hotel and area. Ground Handling: Bushtracks Africa pride ourselves in providing movement on the ground in our fast, efficient, comfortable, up to date and air conditioned vehicles. We also have a department that provides the necessary "meet & greet" services in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe; Livingstone and Lusaka, Zambia; and Kasane, Botswana.
