Princess Cruises I’m at travel advisor in Miami. I booked a 75 yr old client by herself on a 16 day cruise. I just learned that she paid for RT transfer from the airport and someone made a mistake and cancelled her pre-cruise transfer. I called Princess today and I’ve been told by two agents to there is nothing they can do although it’s your error. She leaves in 3 days and they told me to have her take a taxi or Uber. When I asked to elevate the call, I was told they could not elevate it and or give me a name to call tomorrow. This is absurd. How can a company act so irresponsible. I’m hoping someone at Princess Cruises is reading this and will make it right, as they should.
