Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique is about to open and we’re booked!

So far, six of our TravelHackRR families are booked for at least five nights.

At 95k per night, we used a total of 380k Hilton Honors Bonus points (4+1 free night) to book five nights in one of Waldorf Astoria’s newest properties!

Never tried booking with points? Meeting Hilton Aspire’s spend requirements gives you 150k bonus points. Meeting Hilton Surpass’ spend requirements also gives you 150k bonus points! You can easily earn the remaining 80k points by using your cc in your everyday spending (not extra spending 😉).

Still got questions on how to earn and redeem points for your hotel stays? Send us a DM.

Check out our Linktree/TravelHackRR for CC links.

March Session Highlights

🌍 Skydiving in Dubai, horse-riding to Maletsunyane Falls in Lesotho, hiking Tsingy de Bamaraha in Madagascar, walking the longest suspension bridge in Mauritius, going on a safari in Tanzania, riding a helicopter over Reunion Island. These are just a few of Luisa Yu’s experiences in the last couple of years. Luisa Yu is the epitome of the adventurous global explorer.

We extend our gratitude to Luisa Yu for sharing her daring adventures with us in today’s Q&A and hope you find some inspiration in her advise to step out of your comfort zone and explore the world!

🇦🇮 TravelHackRR Anguilla 2024 Meet-Up
Twenty-nine individuals, six families coming from the US, Canada, Germany, Japan and South Korea. We spent 4.6 million points and miles for the TravelHackRR 2024 Caribbean island hop to visit Anguilla, St. Barts and the French and Dutch sides of St. Martin. Our total savings: $119,859 USD.

Our main credit cards for Zemi Beach House Anguilla were the Hilton Aspire & Hilton Surpass!

We took advantage of the annual $200 credit benefit on each card. You can bet that we used multiple cards to settle our folio!

✈️ TravelHackRR 2025 is happening in South America! We’re thinking of San Telmo, Buenos Aires as our base. This bustling neighborhood is the home of tango. There is much history to see and lots of good food to eat!

We have a year to plan our side-trips but Uruguay is definitely on the list. Now we just need to decide on phase two of the trip!

Our options:
Santiago, Chile & Easter Island
Quito, Ecuador & Galapagos Islands
Santiago, Chile & Quito, Ecuador
Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica

One thing is for sure. No matter where we end up going, it will be fun. We love travel but believe that the people that you travel with makes it so much more meaningful!

So here's the thing about travel hacking.
It's nothing special. Anyone can do it, if you have the time and energy to research it. But it can be done a lot more quickly and easily in the right environment - with a mentor and a supportive group motivating you to earn that stash and guiding you on how to burn them in the most efficient way possible!

Well done a prime redemption only three months into TravelHackRR University!
