Due to some leakage issues in the 2nd floor bedroom - Leor called on us to identify the cause of the problem. After a closer look, we identified the issue; their previous roof had a poor pitch.. which was causing a pool of water, every time it rained. We had to rip apart the old roof and install a new one, creating a new pitch, which would allow the water to stream through the drain.

Second, the eaves help to allow the excess air to escape through the eaves from the attic.’ Without proper attic ventilation, the heat and humidity will accumulate and eventually filter into the living space. Imagine having to gut renovate your Bathroom, just 2 months after building it from scratch? After paying nearly 10k to their previous contractor, this family was fed up & furious w/ the fact that they had to rebuild their bathroom due to water leakage issues. Aside from poor tile installation and using sheet rock on the ground floor for tiles - their previous contractor failed to do THE most important task - waterproofing.
Proper waterproofing in wet areas is absolutely vital – water leaking into floor and wall spaces can very easily rot structural timbers and do some heartbreaking damage to a house. The worst bit about this kind of damage is that you won’t normally realise it’s happening until the worst of the damage has already been done.
We took on this project and gutted out the entire bathroom. We teared down the previous tiles, along with the old sheet rock, uplifted the floor - to start fresh from Square 1.
We started off by Installing an Shower Pan Liner, using Mesh Wire to cover it and adding a 2 inch layer of Portland Cement to create a solid ground floor for both the standing shower & the bathroom floor. We Used 3/4 thick Cement Sheet to build a solid wall around the shower, and applied Lightweight Tile Adhesive. All in all, giving this family a brand new Waterproof Bathroom, which they can now use, worry-free.

Honored & humbled to have taken on this project. Our client came knockin’ on our door to give her house a fresh new look (while on a budget) ...and we delivered. Removed the old Vinyl Siding, along with the Insulation and replaced it with a fresh new Dutch Lap Blue, to give this House an elegant Grey/Blue theme. Painted the base wall around the house using “Early Dawn” Grey TheraCoat.

Our client, Phil had reached out to us in regards to his front yard. He wasn't happy at all with the guys who did his Brick work in the past and called upon to get the job done; the right way.
