This is why you use an Authorized Disney Travel Agent!!! I had a client book a last minute trip today and their MDE account was giving them some serious trouble. Her fabulous Disney Travel Agent (cough, cough…. ME) called it into the MDE Help Desk and chatted over an hour with a wonderful Disney Cast Member and got them squared away!
