When we wake up to the beauty of our nature it allows us to see that we are one with all of life. This oneness is experienced at the center, the heart. Unlike the brain with its two hemispheres, the heart is one singular organ. And the spiritually heart is the place of non duality or oneness.
When we recognise our oneness with all of life, naturally we allow ourselves the same love and reverence that we offer, the beauty of this existence. In loving ourselves, we learn to take care of ourselves, naturally relieving ourselves of a feeling of separation, shame and self-condemnation.
Healing and choosing the actions that allow for our spirit to flourish. And taking care of ourselves means that we learn to take care of nature, of one another. When there is no more separation, love is the natural outpouring in all directions, what we call inner and outer.
In the heart of the jungle retreat, we will have the chance to recognise this pulse of Life and Love (ādaraya meaning love in singhalese), which surrounds and is found at the depth of our hearts. Journey with in Ahangama, Sri Lanka from Monday the 3rd to Sunday the 9th of March 2025 to explore liberation practices for the heart, in all forms (and formlessnesses).
