No smoking inside, including electronic ci******es. Subject to $300 fine. Areas that are fenced also are non-smoking are subject to the same penalty.
Parking:
On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. No designated parking spot.

Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.
Construction:
Our playground is currently under construction and will be reopened January 2022. Also, beginning January 2022, renovations will be taking place with some buildings on property. Please expect minor noise and construction traffic.
