This is Kay, and she holds a special place in my heart. During some of the hardest years of my life—juggling work and raising my babies—Kay was my rock. For over five years, she was more than just a cleaner; she was a steady, faithful helper and a true blessing to our family.

Recently, we had the chance to show our gratitude by gifting Kay and her sweetheart, Tim, a weekend getaway at one of our properties. Knowing she was able to relax, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved time together brought us so much joy. It reminded me of one of the greatest rewards of hosting short-term rentals—not just the semi-passive income, but the incredible ways these homes allow us to create cherished family memories and give back to others.

October! It’s always a lovely year-end surprise for us! One of the top 5 months of the year for hosting travelers! We are so grateful to have a portfolio with seasonality from March-November. We only have a couple of winter months to regroup, catch our breath, and get ready for a non-stop Spring! We are excited to see how we finish 2024!
Our goal is to be a Seven Figure Portfolio, and we think we can do it! We are setting our sights high and pushing to catch all the long Holiday bookings!
