Welcome to our special place.

Our two bedroom apartment is located on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf resort. The resort is approximately 20 minutes from Murcia airport. There are regular flights from the UK to Murcia airport.

The complex is a family friendly, leisure and golf complex. There is something for everyone.
Choose from one of 19 communal pools. There are also hard tennis courts, Padel tennis courts, an outdoor gym, sports area, communal gardens, 5 lakes and children’s play area.

On site there is a clubhouse which has its own restaurant and bar. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

There is also a spar supermarket onsite.

The Hacienda Riquelme golf resort offers the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole gold course, putting and chipping greens and a driving range.

The complex is located in the Murcia region which is located in the South East of Spain. Here you can enjoy over 300 days of sunshine.

Our apartment is on the second floor and offers two bedrooms ( each with their own access to a balcony), one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine.

There is secure underground parking and a lift that takes you to the apartment on the second floor.

There is 24 hour security on site.

Mar Menor beach is 15 minutes away and the Mediterranean beach is 20 minutes away.

If you prefer to shop or explore historical buildings or architectural areas there are lovely cities nearby. Cartagena is 45 minutes away and also accessible by train and Murcia City is 30 minutes away. The airport is about 20 minutes away.

The popular village of Sucina is about 5 minutes away and here you will find restaurants, bars, shops, chemist, supermarket and more.

The area also has an abundance of entertainment available.

Nuestro Lugar Especial. Our Special Place.

Our lovely 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment is set on the beautiful Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. You don’t need to play golf to enjoy this lovely resort. Our special place is situated in a prime location just a very short walk to the amenities of El Cason restaurant, Spar shop, clubhouse etc

The apartment block has a lift which takes you to our second floor apartment and also down to our car parking space in the secure underground parking area. Where a fob will open the main garage doors.

We have a large terrace at the rear with garden furniture to relax on while enjoying the morning sun whilst having your morning coffee / Breakfast. We also have a terrace from each bedroom at the front of the apartment. These terraces have glass curtains so they can be enjoyed in the cooler months as well.

There are two sun beds that may be taken to the pool area but they cannot be left there overnight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, and all the utensils you need for your stay. The apartment has Air Conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi , and a fire stick so you can watch your usual TV entertainment.
We also do meet and greet so you have no worries in finding our apartment and we can answer any questions that you may have. There is also an information booklet in the apartment with some useful information and contact numbers should you need them.

The Jack Nicolas 18 hole designed golf course is there to enjoy along with a driving range and chipping greens. The resort has 19 swimming pools with the nearest adjacent to the apartment. There are also five lakes , outdoor gym , padle tennis and tennis courts. ( you will need your own equipment. ) and a Spar supermarket. There is also a children’s play area next to our apartment.
The resort is 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the nearest beach of the Mar Menor. The small town of Sucina is just a few minute car drive or a 35 minute walk for the more energetic. Balsicas train station is a ten minute drive away where you can travel to Cartegena, Murcia City and with a change to Madrid and Barcelona .
Sucina itself has everything you need for daily life along with two supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, and some fantastic restaurants. On occasions there is some great entertainment in the Church Square.
Towels and Ben linen are supplied for short term lets.

This is an ideal place to spend some peace and quiet with family and friends. We are very proud of our special place and we want other people to enjoy it too. 😎.
