So close, yet so far!! So excited for the 2nd Annual Smart Moms Travel Conference in Disney World next week!!
On top of all the conference fun and amazing things they have in store, I’ll also be spending a little extra time there to go to my first Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party AND I’ll finally get to check off a bit Disney world Bucket List item…I’m finally getting to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour!!! 🥹🥹🥹

And just like that, October and the pumpkins are gone, and it's suddenly Christmas time! 😜
But I can't let October go without giving it a special shoutout! October was my BEST booking month of 2024! While I'm so grateful for that, it's another statistic that makes me even more thankful. Of the 18 families I helped in October, 17 of them were repeat clients or referrals that my clients sent my way. And that means so much more than any number can! The fact that you see the value and help I can provide, is truly the biggest compliment of all.
TO my clients: THANK YOU for believing in me to help make your vacations all you dream of. THANK YOU for coming back to me time and time again to keep planning your trips. And THANK YOU for sharing my information with your friends and family! I truly can't do this without all of you and I am eternally thankful for you all everyday!

Hope we don't have too many people affected by mean old Milton who is about to reek havoc on FL but wanted to share some airport updates just incase you were traveling in the next few days.
Here's what we know about Airport Closures for now...
1. MCO (Orlando) Airport: Is planning to halt operations starting at 8am EST on Wednesday, October 9th for all commercial flights. Then they will open as soon as possible post storm once they are able to assess the damage.

2. TPA (Tampa International) Airport: Has already suspended operations as of 9am EST Today (Tuesday, October 8th). And again will reopen as soon as it is safe and damage can be assessed.

3. PIE (St. Pete/Clearwater) Airport: Will be closing once the "last flights depart on Tuesday". They will be closed both Wednesday and Thursday.

As of now Miami International, Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville will remain open and "continue to monitor the storm".
Prayers to all of those in the path of this hurricane, I know FL is strong and here's to hoping Milton decides to "take a nap" and a sharp right turn into the ocean.
