Dear folk of McGregor - a reminder that our Saturday morning trail run is open to all (residents & visitors). Each Saturday 8am, 6:30 pace & we run as a group stopping for 2 or 3 water drinks for the dogs, woofies are welcome and encouraged, It is a basic & easy route around the village and the distance would be about 6km to no more than 7.5km.
