As midnight approaches, begin the New Year 2020 festivities by cutting a cake and watching a dazzling firecracker show. You'll also launch red lanterns into the sky, the colour of which is said to bring good fortune. Sway to the acoustic tunes of live guitar and drum music, well into the night.

How is tent arrangement ?
You will get separate 2 person, 3 person or 4 person tents according to your choice and availability.
You don’t have to share tent with unknown person. mattresses, bed-sheet, pillow and blanket will be provided in the tent. (We don’t provide sleeping bags for hygiene purpose)
Things to carry:
• Personal Medication
• Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
• Toiletries (Napkin, face wash, tissue paper etc.).
• Cap, goggles, sunscreen, moisturizer, mosquito repellent etc.
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried
Camera, Cap (Optional)
• Winter wear (Jackets, warmers or sweaters) – (as per season )
• Extra Pair of Clothes (as per schedule)
• Slippers (optional – at the end of day / trek so that your feet can relax).
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
• Pack your bags to save them from getting wet.
Advisory :
• Leaders decision will be final & binding to everyone till the completion of the event.
• Smoking is not promoted but in case someone can't control it urges he / she should smoke away from the group & not without disturbing trek schedule.
• Everyone is expected to follow safety protocols defined by the leaders.
• Leaders have been given rights to take disciplinary actions up to the extent of removing participant.

Cancellation and Refund policy:
50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 10 days prior to the event date.
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 7 days.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
