What’s everyone doing this Thanksgiving?
We are so thankful for time together with our entire family this year. All our kids & spouses, all the grandkids, a niece, and even a few dogs, made the trip to Florida to be together (25 people in all)!
We’re shuffling the traditional turkey dinner to tomorrow because of staggered arrival times. Today’s menu is chili, cinnamon rolls, and cornbread. Chili is in the crockpot, cinnamon rolls are in the oven, and Bethany is bringing the cornbread.
Who hasn’t tried the chili & cinnamon roll combination? I don’t think my family would even eat chili without them.
This is such a special time to me. I can’t really put into words how I feel when I am able to be together with my entire tribe. It’s a little bit crazy sometimes, and a little bit loud most of the time. But I love this bunch to pieces all of the time.
