Just a reminder to our Guests!

Strict insurance policies require us to be a smoke free, no open flame property. We also respect our neighbours and others in the condo community! This means absolutely no ci******es, ci**rs, ma*****na, va**ng or open flames like candles in the unit or on the balcony. As per condo bylaws, please do not smoke on the condo property or dispose of butts inappropriately. Smoking is only permitted off condo property ei the public sidewalk, park bench.

FYI the smoke monitor is extremely accurate for the entire square footage of the condo and sends reports to the Host immediately. A normal smoke detector can’t tell the difference between cooking/candle smoke vs recreational smoke such as cigarette, cigar, ma*****na, and va**ng but Sentry can! Smoke can be detected by Sentry only when it’s happening in a space where the Sentry can detect those smoke particles in the air so not if a neighbour is smoking on their balcony. We also test the device for accuracy every quarter.
