Toledo - Tapas, Steak and Seafood for dinner our last night

This restaurant is located at Coronado Springs resort on the 16th floor with views of Hollywood Studios and Epcot theme parks fireworks ! This resort is the one moderate category resort that I think is themed as highly as a deluxe resort, Mexican inspired with subtle luxury vibes all throughout.

Beautiful inside and great views with an outdoor balcony as well as the Dahlia lounge next door to enjoy light bites and beverages.

Fun room, tons to do in it! Took us about and hour and 20 min in a 1 hour room🫤

Really good theming and atmosphere though! Will be back here for sure!

Boma for breakfast at our resort- this is a buffet featuring some African specialties as well as American favorites.

Very good ! Got the famous POG juice and the coconut oatmeal was a hit !!

Dinner tonight at Jiko at the Jambo House in the Animal Kingdom Lodge

Their house bread and butter

Bone marrow crusted filet with 4 cheese Mac n cheese, sautéed vegetables and a chocolate red wine demi glacé

Roasted halibut with tomato cream sauce, mushrooms and black rice

Oxtail with hominy side

Desserts were malva pudding and African milk custard tart

All really good except the hominy and milk custard tart wasn’t our favorites. We will be back!

1st stop was The Boathouse for some mac n cheese, fried clams, and shrimp cocktail. A must go to stop every trip!

Then checked out Morimoto Asia Street Food for some ribs and tayaki

Last stop was The Polite Pig for a pina colada, pulled pork sandwich and street corn

Now to our resort - Animal Kingdom Lodge in a savanna view room 🦒
