New Store Opening!
Located at 3680 AL Highway 81, this isn’t just a stop— it’s a celebration of Tuskegee’s rich history and the iconic legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen.
There was a ribbon cutting, inspiring words from community and state leaders, and a $20,000 donation from Pilot to the Macon County Board of Education to support local students.
From a P-51 Mustang "Red Tail" ceiling design to story walls showcasing local history, this store is packed with nods to the community.
Make sure to stop in the next time you are passing through Tuskegee!

Earlier this week, Pilot partnered with the UT Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams for an unforgettable surprise at Emerald Academy! Student athletes were uplifted with words of encouragement, gifted basketballs and merch, and even got to hit the court with the Tennessee players. We are so grateful for this opportunity to spread a little joy this holiday season!

Every year, we’re proud to partner with Wreaths Across America to honor our fallen heroes. This week, one of our drivers and Army veteran, Ian Adams, returned to Knoxville with a truckload of wreaths that will be placed on the tombstones of service members at veteran cemeteries across East Tennessee. Thank you, Ian, for your service to our country and for representing Pilot as we pay tribute to our nation's heroes this holiday season.

Last week, we partnered with Emily Ann Roberts to make a surprise visit to Knoxville Children’s Hospital, and it was nothing short of heartwarming. She brought smiles, thoughtful gifts, and sang the kids’ favorite songs—spreading holiday cheer like only she can. Thank you, Emily Ann, for spreading some Christmas cheer this holiday season!

This Giving Tuesday, we're proud to donate $50,000 to Folds of Honor, an organization that supports the families of fallen and disabled military members and first responders. Pilot's donation will fund scholarships for qualified recipients looking to earn their commercial driver's license, paving the way for the next generation of truck drivers.

“Giving back to the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and the communities we serve, especially through education, is a small way to show our gratitude and support their future," said Wendy Hamilton, chief of staff at Pilot.

We are proud to announce the completion of our BRIDGE resource group's Pilot Light program. Over the last four weeks, we partnered with local high schools, West High, L&N STEM, and Austin East to provide students with valuable career resources and mentorship. These students immersed themselves in the Pilot culture, engaging with team members and leaders, gaining practical experience, and honing essential skills such as interviewing, resume writing, and networking.

The program concluded this past Friday with a graduation ceremony, where our chief people officer, Julius Cox, awarded diplomas to the graduates. Congratulations to the students for their dedication, and huge thanks to the BRIDGE team for this impactful initiative.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, we partnered with the American Red Cross to help rebuilding efforts. Through Pilot's round-up campaign, we raised an astounding $600,000 for relief efforts! This generosity enabled us to contribute to the American Red Cross and and to local organizations to help the affected communities. Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible!

Last week, we celebrated Diwali, a Hindu Festival of Lights. Our CEO, Adam Wright, kicked off the celebration by lighting a clay oil lamp. The festivities included dancing, henna tattoos, food, and more!

Happy Veterans Day! In honor of this important day, our team members nationwide joined together to commemorate those who have served our country. This morning, our Veterans Business Resource Group proudly participated in the annual Veterans Day parade in downtown Knoxville. Meanwhile, our Dallas team members showcased their support by honoring the brave at the Dallas Veterans Day parade. Thank you to everyone who participated and we extend our gratitude to all veterans who have worn the uniform with dedication and courage.
