Job Responsibilities

โ€ข Manage a team of 5 accounting analysts
โ€ข Ensure timely collections of receivables, liaising with clients when needed
โ€ข Oversee clientsโ€™ accounts reconciliation, receivable, collections and reporting activity

โ–ช๏ธ Assists with trouble-shoots GDS, mid/back office, and in-house reservation system (TBX/Ivector)
โ–ช๏ธ Ensure refunds, and re-issues are recorded for follow up, and processed as per SLAโ€™s.
โ–ช๏ธ Ensures all internal, and 3rd party queues, e-mails are properly handled.
โ–ช๏ธ Assist in implementation of new technologies; improve efficiency of operations.
โ–ช๏ธ Communicate company goals and the โ€œGoway Wayโ€ in a win/win manner.
โ–ช๏ธ Assist with any account inquiries regarding (BSP/ARC)

1. Ensure all client commission and refund payments are made accurately and on time

2. Respond to client, employees and supplier inquiries through calls and emails in a timely manner

3. Work with AP team to assist in supplier and payment reconciliations

4. Assist with other accounts payable responsibilities

5. Assist with G/L sub-ledger reconciliations.

6. Uses various software applications, such as SAP, Sage, MS Office and Travel Box Reservation system

7. Work with other departments and within the other responsibilities in Accounts to ensure accurate recording and control of the companyโ€™s finances and information

- Ensure all Queues (GDS and TravelBox) are checked and cleared daily. (ex. schedule changes, cancelled flights, HX segments, and various GDS segment updates)

Ticketing Reservations Officers are responsible to:
- Ensure all quotes are properly entered into in-house reservation system (TravelBox), with all notes advising rules of ticketing deadline, changes and cancelation penalties.
- Ensure all Queues (GDS and TravelBox) are checked and cleared daily. (ex. Schedule changes, cancelled flights, HX segments, and various GDS segment updates)
- Ensure all PNRโ€™s/TravelBox files have been properly remarked with action or information notes, every time you speak with a client or travel agent
- Perform other tasks related to your role or as assigned

1. Ensure all client commission and refund payments are made accurately and on time

2. Respond to client, employees and supplier inquiries through calls and emails in a timely manner

3. Work with AP team to assist in supplier and payment reconciliations

4. Assist with other accounts payable responsibilities

5. Assist with G/L sub-ledger reconciliations.

6. Uses various software applications, such as SAP, Sage, MS Office and Travel Box Reservation system

7. Work with other departments and within the other responsibilities in Accounts to ensure accurate recording and control of the companyโ€™s finances and information

8. Help with month end responsibilities

9. Consistently improve the efficiency of the department.

10. Invoice discrepancy Management โ€“ invoiced amount versus approved amount.
