Qualifications:
✨ 2-3 years of experience in BPO Travel Account: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in the travel industry.

✨Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

✨Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

✨Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

✨Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus), communication tools (Aircall is a plus), and travel booking systems (Perseus is a plus).

✨Passion for travel: Genuine interest in the travel industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers.

✨ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in travel, business, or a related field.

We're looking for a Part-Time Company Physician to join us in Manila!

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of employees by providing medical care, ensuring compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, performing medical check-ups, offering consultations, maintaining accurate health records, and supporting the company in meeting legal and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical degree with valid professional license.
- Willingness to render at least 6 hours per week in a hybrid setup (onsite and online).
- Strong knowledge of DOLE-OSH compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Join our team in Manila as a Senior Reservations Consultant!

You’ll be responsible for managing, confirming travel arrangements, and preparing travel documents to ensure that schedules and other necessary information align with the traveller’s needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate has:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Reservations in the travel industry is preferred.
- Exposure to SABRE GDS is optional but an advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
