When travelling, it's important to respect local traditions and dress conservatively, especially when visiting villages or religious sites.

Remember to take off your shoes before entering a Lao person's home and crouch down when walking past seated elders. Handle Buddha images or sacred objects with respect and avoid placing them in inappropriate places.

Be mindful of cultural etiquette, such as not touching someone's head or pointing with your feet. Let's show respect for religious and cultural traditions in Laos.
