Caretaker and handyman for multiple vacation rentals in St. Louis City and County
Applicants must be attentive to detail and have a natural instinct to go the extra mile. You are responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental guests have an impeccable first impression and a complete 5-star stay, creating raving fans who both can’t wait to come back next year and who love telling their friends about us.
Applicants are self-motivated and able to do basic ongoing repairs. You must have a smart- phone, functional computer skills such as using apps for vendor management. Personal transportation and auto insurance is required.
We are seeking a capable caretaker and handy person to assist with general in-house maintenance & groundskeeping. You will be directing and helping housekeeping, landscapers, and other required vendors. You will be attentive to the details before guests check in by restocking guest supplies, regularly updating inventory, and promptly responding to guest requests as needed.
You must be able to work well independently and be flexible. We require a high level of communication responding to emails, texts, phone calls, documentation, and providing great customer care.
Communicating work orders clearly with vendors and following up to verify the integrity/completion of the work is a must. $10 - $22 per hour depending on experience. Will start as an independent contractor part time and grow into full time.
