mornings in the Himalayas are so special 🏔️

this photo is at the end of my last trek in Nepal, November 2023. 300 something km’s of intense ups and downs 😊

👣 i’ve been walking in those mountains since 2004, and they’re always Home ⭐️ and Beyond 🙏🏽

that expansiveness that connects me with who I really am. unbound. free. spaciousness.

I wasn’t surprised when I received my spiritual name Namkha - the blue open sky 🩵💙🙏🏽

last year my spiritual work expanded into the shape of a travel company focused on spiritual & nature connection trips 🌿 and it’s a delight to let it unfold smoothly, step by step, true to its own nature 😊

🙏🏽 it feels so good, when we share exactly who we are 🏔️ and whatever gifts came to us in this life can be of service 🙏🏽 i’m grateful 🙏🏽

and i can’t wait to lead the next group!

NAMKHA’s original seeds are from Nepal!

👣 on Rita’s first visit to the country in 2004, when for the 1st time she spent a whole year in Asia.

🍃A few more full Asia years followed + so many 6 month trips to this continent 🍃 with many shorter trips too.

🌟 In 2023 the dream finally took shape and the first trip is about to start!

🏔️ Rita is in Nepal acclimatizing & getting blessings for the upcoming trip.

🌙 One more week and we start the trip to Bhutan!
