After a busy September, we still have some availability for autumn breaks. Short breaks of 2, 3 or 4 nights are available or, if you would like longer to explore the quiet sandy beaches and autumn colours of the wider area, 7 night stays are also an option. 🍁🌲⛅️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Kerrim Cottage is available for holiday lets from April 2023 and lies close to Kirkcudbright, known as the Artists' Town. The cottage is decorated with artwork by Charlotte Thompson (Reesthompsonart), while Kirkcudbright is home to many art galleries and museums, with informative art tours of the town also being an option.

For wildlife lovers Kerrim Cottage provides the perfect base for exploring the local area. Wildlife and bird life spotting opportunities include the Wild Goat Park and Red Deer Range of Galloway Forest Park, the Red Kite Centre at Laurieston and the Red Squirrels at Barrhill Woods.

The cottage is only 10 minutes' drive from quiet sandy beaches, as well as being close to Galloway Forest Park, the UK's first park to be designated Dark Sky Status.
