I am so so happy that I took the leap of faith and decided to become a travel agent and most importantly joining Friend Like Me Travel Co. 💕

Why should you stay at a Disney resort when visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland? 🤔

There is many reasons why you should but here is my top 3!

⭐️ Early Admission to the parks! You will beat some crowds by entering the parks 30 mins early sometimes earlier depending on the day ❤️

⭐️ Stay in the Disney bubble! You will never feel like you are leaving Disney, you may see some Disney Characters at your hotel lobby while enjoying a resort day and will be accommodated by amazing cast members!

⭐️ Transportation. When staying at a Disney resort, transportation to the parks is included in your stay! Depending on the resort you choose to stay at, you can take a shuttle bus 🚌 , the skyliner 🚠, boat 🛥️ or the monorail 🚝

We used to always book at the Holiday Inn or get an Air BNB UNTIL the one time we decided to stay at a Disney Resort and we never went back 🥰

That’s a wrap with AEP 2025! ✨

I had so much fun talking with vendors like Royal Caribbean and Sandals but also talking with small shops like ashsbakeshop and A New Hope Confections! 💕

But most of all, I truly enjoyed hanging out with my genie fam and just having fun! 🤩 Can’t wait for the next one!

✨My basic planning services are FREE!

✨I offer other planning services such as booking dining reservations for a small fee. This is because vendors like Disney does NOT pay me for these services. This is something that I offer and is an option ☺

✨You pay for a travel agent whether you use one or not. Every vacation package includes travel agent fees. Only difference is, if you don't use a travel agent, you don't support a small business like mine and wont get perks like tips and tricks and that stress free planning.

✨Already booked your vacation? No worries, you can transfer your booking to me and I can take care of the rest for FREE!

✨ Travel agents do NOT have special discounts. We see the SAME prices that you do but we can price monitor for promos and see if your vacation package qualifies and can save you money! 💰

Hagrids Motorbike Adventure over at Universal’s Islands of Adventure is arguably one of my favorite rides at Universal Studios Florida! ❤️

This ride is not yet eligible for express passes at this time, so you will have to wait in line for this one BUT it is totally worth it! With this ride, you get the thrills, chills and the speed 💨

Pro Tip: Stay at one of Universal’s partner hotels to get that one hour early admission into the parks and get in line for this ride first thing in the morning to beat the long lines!

Something that I make sure to pack for an upcoming vacation is portable chargers! 🔌

When visiting Universal Studios or Disney theme parks, you are constantly using your phone to mobile order food, seeing wait times for rides and attractions, taking pictures, etc. This obviously drains my cellphone battery so we always bring some portable chargers BUT if you forget to bring one, no worries!! 😉

There are fuel rods all around the theme parks! They are about $30 to purchase and come with a small case and charging cords for both androids and Iphones. Once your fuel rod is out of "juice" you can find a nearby fuel rod station and swap for a new one for about $1-$3 😊 I also love how small they are which makes it super convenient to carry around!

Pro Tip: Book your vacation early!!

There are SO many reasons why you should book your vacation way ahead of time but here are just a handful of reasons 👇🏼

✨Low Resort Rates
✨More time for you to pay off your vacation
✨Resort Availability
✨Less Stress

When you book early, you will see some of the lowest hotel room rates. The further out, the better! You will also have more time to pay off your vacation balance! You can pay your balance monthly, bi weekly, weekly or whenever YOU want! There is not set payment for this, just as long as the FULL balance is paid off 30 days prior to check in for Walt Disney World and 45 days prior for Universal Studios.

This will all equal to less stress! We should invest in time with our loved ones and enjoy our money that we all work hard for ❤️

In just ONE week I will be at Walt Disney World for another FLMTC AEP and I am SO excited for it! 💕

What is AEP? 🤔

It stands for Agent Education Program ✏️

During AEPs, there is LOTS of classroom time learning and discussing how to better serve our clients, what’s new and upcoming and how I can better my business ❤️

This year, I will be at Walt Disney World touring the resorts, connecting with other agents and attending conferences to learn and experience EVERYTHING Walt Disney World has to offer so I can better serve YOU💕

This will be my FOURTH AEP and I can’t wait to learn new things and hang out with other genies within the agency to become a better travel agent for my clients ❤️

Out of all the types of transportation options you can take to get to the theme parks at Walt Disney World, the skyliner has to be my FAVORITE ❤️

The skyliner is a gondola lift system that takes you to several Disney Resorts and Disney theme parks 🚡

The resorts that have the skyliner is ⬇️
✨Disney’s Riviera Resort
✨Disney’s Pop Century Resort
✨Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
✨Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

You can also take the skyliner to two of Walt Disney World’s theme parks which is Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot! ❤️

It’s just so convenient to just walk right in and go. No need to take things out of strollers, take out the kiddos and fold the stroller 😮‍💨😅

Let’s talk Meet and Greets at Walt Disney World ✨

You can meet some of your favorite Disney characters at the theme parks, Disney resorts or when having breakfast, lunch or dinner 🍽️

Out of all of these ways to meet characters, my favorite way is by doing a Character Dining and here’s why 👇🏼

✨You are inside the cool ac getting a break from the sun ☀️

✨The characters come to YOU! No need to wait in a long line. They will come over to your table and interact with you and your family for a while, sign your autograph books and take those pictures 📸

✨You will get to meet them several times through out your meal, so if you happen to not be at your table when a certain character came around, don’t worry 😉
