Did you know that Velocicoaster over at Universal's Islands of Adventure is the tallest and fastest launch coaster in Florida? It launches at 70mph at just 2.4 seconds! 😮
This ride is definitely intense but also super fun! 🤩
Why should you get park to park tickets when visiting Universal Studios Florida? 🤔
This seems to be one of the most asked question when I have clients visiting Universal Studios and my answer is always...... you get to ride the Hogwarts Express!! 🚂
You will board the Hogwarts Express at Kings Cross which is located at Universal Studios theme park and will arrive at Hogsmeade which is at Islands of Adventure.
Universal Studios Florida has two DRY theme parks which is Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure.
Getting the park to park ticket allows you to visit both of these theme parks in ONE day and this is the ONLY way you can ride the Hogwarts Express. It is definitely an experience that every Potter Head should do.

Universal has some amazing attractions, some of my favorites are the Incredible Hulk Coaster, Harry Potter and The Escape From Gringotts and The Mummy! Unfortunately, these are some popular rides and that means the lines will be long BUT that is when Express Passes come in handy! ❤️
On my most recent trip to Universal Studios this past February, I purchased express passes and the longest I waited for a ride was 5 mins. No, literally! There was wait times as long as 65mins that I only waited MAYBE 5 mins for. The regular express pass allows you to skip the line once per ride BUT there is also the UNLIMITED Express Pass that you can purchase as well.
The unlimited express pass does the same thing as the regular express pass but instead of skipping the line once you can skip the line as MANY times that you would like!!🤩
I highly recommend purchasing at least the regular express pass when visiting Universal Studios to maximize your time.
Pictured is me at one of the shops in Diagon Alley with my express pass that is inside my lanyard. Another pro tip, purchase a lanyard that can keep your express pass and hotel room key together.
Let’s talk strollers!
Bringing a stroller is a must for me and my family. I usually rent a double stroller for the entirety of our stay at Walt Disney World from Magic Strollers. I don’t personally own a double stroller so this is why we rent 🙂
There are areas specifically for stroller parking around the theme parks that are near the rides. You won’t be the only one parking a stroller so I always advise my clients to either put a ribbon of some sort on your stroller so it’s easier to identify or if you rent one from Magic Strollers, they will put your last name on a large name tag that is tied pretty tight on the stroller already 🙂
Pro tip: Bringing your own stroller or renting one outside of the theme parks is probably the best option. You can always rent strollers from Disney when visiting the theme parks, however, they are not comfortable. They have hard backs and will need to be returned everyday, before you leave the parks 🙂

When traveling to Universal Studios Florida, there is a few things to note 📝
✨When I book your vacation, I will send you over your E-Travel document. This document has all of your booking information and is your way to get those theme park tickets 🎟️
✨Each resort that is on-site at Universal, has a Vacation Planning Center. This is where you will present that E-Travel document I sent you and they will print those tickets out for you at day of check in. You can also purchase more tickets here as well!
✨Make sure to take a picture of the barcode at the back of your ticket just in case your ticket gets damaged or lost. Having the bar code will give guest services an easy way to pull the ticket in case anything happens. Avoid long waits trying to hunt the ticket number down 🕜
Pro tip: Purchase a lanyard to keep your room key and theme park tickets safe ❤️ On top of that, I always link tickets to the Universal app as well. It's as simple as scanning or inputting the ticket number 📱
Out of all the types of transportation options you can take to get to the theme parks at Walt Disney World, the skyliner has to be my FAVORITE ❤️
The skyliner is a gondula lift system that takes you to several Disney Resorts and Disney theme parks 🚡

You can also take the skyliner to two of Walt Disney World’s theme parks which is Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot! ❤️
It’s just so convenient to just walk right in and go. No need to take things out of strollers, take out the kiddos and fold the stroller 😮💨😅
When visiting Universal Studios Florida, I always recommend for my clients to stay at either a premier or preferred hotel and here’s why ⬇️
✨You are close to the theme parks which means less walking!
✨You can take the water taxi over to the theme parks and in just a few steps, you are there!
✨ BUT if you stay at a Premier Resort hotel, you get complimentary UNLIMITED Express Passes for everyone in the party! 🤯
This is a huge deal! Regular express passes cost around $199-$369 per person, per DAY! This can get very pricey quick 💰 so this is definitely a huge advantage! ❤️

Star Wars Galaxy's Edge over at Disney's Hollywood Studios is a truly immersive land! Here you will be able to build a custom light saber, build a droid, ride Star Wars Rise of The Resistance and more! One of my favorite places to grab a drink and a snack is at Oga's Cantina. Their specialty drinks are so fun and delicious 😋
Everything here is made to look like you are stepping into Batuu. Watch out, you may run into Kylo Ren and his storm troopers while out and about 🤫
One of my favorite lands at Disneyland is Avengers Campus! ❤️
Here you are bound to run into a few Avengers as well as some Villains. You can see Spider-Man fly high in the sky, see Dr. Strange as he teaches you the secrets of the mystic arts, try out some great food/drinks at Pym's Kitchen & more!🤩

Something that I loved about Disney Cruise Line 🚢 ✨
There are so many things that I loved about my most recent cruise but, there is one thing that really sticks out for me…
Character meet and greets!! 😍
It is very much time consuming when visiting characters at the theme parks. Waiting in long lines in the heat or making sure you get that dining reservation to secure your place to meet them.
But on Disney Cruise Line, you are bound to meet so many Disney friends!! I met at least 10 characters!! And the best thing about it was, I was inside and only waited minutes! I even loved that you would randomly see Rapunzel or Ariel just casually roaming the ship! It was the BEST! ❤️

Actual footage of me leaving work on a Friday 😂 This ride is Hagrids Motorbike Adventure at Universal Studios. This is the BEST rollercoaster in all of Florida, of course in my opinion. 🤭 I waited 90mins to ride this attraction and I would absolutely do it again, it’s that good! Have you rode Hagrids?! 😍
Did you know…. 👀 That you can purchase interactive and non interactive wands at Universal Studios? ✨ If you purchase the interactive wands, there are specific places that you can cast spells and test your magic 🪄 When you purchase your wand, it comes with a map similar to the Marauder’s Map, and you can go around the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! You will find brass medallions on the ground that shows you what spell to use and the technique. 😍 I love doing this when I visit Universal Studios and watching everyone of ALL ages participate in this. It makes it just so much more magical! ✨ I also have been purchasing the non - interactive wands so I can collect all of them!😅
