A NOTE FROM KAY ~ Now that the Blue Turtle Transfers chapter has ended, I am morphing this Face Book page into a TRANSPORT DIRECTORY to hopefully assist our local Glasshouse Hinterland communities to find contacts for Transport options.

I do not personally know all the businesses that will be listed/posted, so do your own research, call around for quotes & availability, and comment when great services are given.

I have contacted a few businesses to start with and will list them also, but if the community works together to share all known options available... then hopefully there won't be too many left stranded.

I haven't posted in awhile and that's because we have been busy prepping our home for sale, which has now sold and gone unconditional, so we will be relocating interstate in a couple of weeks, which sadly means I will be shutting down my Private Transfer Service that I've been operating around Beerwah & beyond since June 2020.

💐🍫 Words cannot express all that I feel but I want to take this opportunity to 🙏THANK🙏 each and every one of my 🚖 passengers.. the regulars, the irregular regulars, the not so regulars, and the enquiries, as without you my service would not have existed.

It has been an amazing few years, but as one chapter ends, another begins 🙏

Council Link is a transport service for over sixties and people with a disability. The service will pick you up and take you to your nearest shopping centre.

All About The Orange Yak

Hi, I’m Kay Cheree! I operate ‘Healing Vibes’ and ‘Hemp Vibes’ for all things healing, but due to Covid-19 in 2020, I have made a few changes to the way I operate, hitting the road and adding an “ESSENTIAL TRANSPORT SERVICE / RIDE SHARE” for those in need of a Luxe ‘Stress Less’ travel solution!

So why “The Orange Yak”? Well there are a few reasons... did you know that Yaks were chosen as an essential mode of transport in the remote areas of Tibet? So, by going mobile I needed a trusty steed (vehicle) to get out and about... which also happens to be ORANGE in colour (are you seeing the trend yet..), and my name spelt backwards is YAK... and working within the wellness industry as a Stress Consultant and Healer, there tends to be a lot of YAKking :) .... so that is the short story behind “The Orange Yak”... but what do I offer?

Currently a Sole Operator.. I offer a luxe Essential Transport/Rideshare Service, which is based mainly around the Sunshine Coast Beerwah, Glass House Mountains, Landsborough and surrounding areas (but can legally operate anywhere within QLD). This service will allow you to travel in a little luxury, in a well maintained Subaru XV, with leather seats and sunroof, (all easy to clean between rides) to get you and/or your family safely to Work and Appointments, Airport (local and Brisbane) and Train Transfers, Grocery Collections, School Runs, and Market Day outings.

I have a Blue Card for working with Children for those essential school runs, and am also Pet friendly. I also at times, utilise the Ride Share Booking entities such as Shebah/Uber/Didi for those that like to use these Apps to find a ride!
