Local property rental company AJ HOMESHARING looking for a cleaning service, for multiple properties, in the area of San Antonio, TX. Airbnb experience preferred!, but are not limited to Short-Term Rental Properties, hotels, vacation rentals or domestic.
The cleaning and maintenance tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Cleaning rooms (sweeping, vacuuming, moping)
Cleaning bathrooms
Make the beds (replace sheets, pillow cases, and blankets with clean ones every time)
Wash linens
Picking up trash
Check for damages (and report them to me)
Other miscellaneous tasks: replace light bulbs, batteries, etc.
All of the items needed to perform the service will be provided (wipes, filters, soap, etc.) The service personnel are required to bring their own major tools to perform the service (brooms, mops, vacuum, etc.) A detailed task list will be provided at a later time.
Times: The service shall be performed starting at 11:00am on the day of the request, and shall be finished by 4pm.
Service Notification Request: The cleaning crew will be notified about the request for cleaning 24hrs in advance.
All payments are handle via cashapp and Zelle, directly to your accounts.
Bonus: This room receives a “cleanliness” and “check in” rating at the end of each visit. If the average rating is 4.8/5, the service shall receive a 15% bonus on top of the service charges completed during the week (each bonus will be paid 2 weeks after the end of each week).
