Only thing you really control is how you spend your time and how much energy you put in that time.

Intro for “When two worlds Collide”. Coming soon. Hopefully by February

By John W Cowan Jr.

I left my body at the age of 10 and returned at 40. Let me take you on a journey through my life, from birth to that pivotal moment.

Growing up, I had a dad who was my world. He was not just my father; he was my soccer and basketball coach, my guiding star. Every day was a new adventure with him by my side. But at age 10, a twist of fate changed everything. I got kicked out of Catholic school—a school my dad worked hard to pay for—because of a conflict with a friend, a girl whose mother wanted to fight for me. But honestly, I had never really fit in there; I loathed that school.

As I navigated my childhood, I began to realize that I was different. I grappled with feelings that I couldn't quite understand. Bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, depression, and anxiety became part of my narrative, but these struggles didn't define me as a child. They emerged later, like shadows creeping into the light.

This isn’t a sad story; it’s a tapestry woven with love, adventure, sadness, joy, and spirituality. My journey has involved seeking answers in the teachings of God, Jesus, Buddha, and Sufism. I’ve always been a seeker, searching for meaning and truth in the world around me.

I hail from a small, humble town called Glasgow Village in Missouri, a place that shaped my early years and laid the foundation for the person I would become.

Join me as I recount my extraordinary journey—one filled with challenges, revelations, and the relentless pursuit of understanding in a world that often feels chaotic. This is not just my story; it’s a reflection of the universal quest for connection and purpose.

Despite the hardness of life I will not let my heart harden for those I would die for

Maybe the happy ending is I find the love in God that I have always looked for in women.
