Tourists. This includes all persons who are not residents of Surigao del Norte who come to this Province for pleasure. Under Executive Order No. 20-026, s. 2020, all TOURISTS:

a.) shall present the following documents:

a.1) NEGATIVE RESULT ON RT-PCR TEST taken within forty eight (48) hours prior to the date of arrival in Surigao del Norte;

a.2) Confirmed Booking of at least 15 days from the resort, hotel or hostel duly accredited by the Department of Tourism as qurantine facility for tourists;

a.3) Printed copy of "Provincial Health eForm" which can be generated from this link: https://covid19.ssct.edu.ph/healthform ; and

a.4) Valid Identification Card;

b.) shall only board accredited public utility vehicles/public vessels going to accredited Qurantine Facility; and

c.) shall undergo 14 days Quarantine.

El Nido is the primary base for exploring Palawan’s star attraction, the stunning Bacuit Archipelago. Tiny swiftlets build edible nests out of saliva in the immense limestone cliffs that surround the ramshackle town proper – hence the name, El Nido (nest in Spanish). The town proper has an ordinary beach, but is home to an emerging restaurant and bar scene. Brooding Cadlao Island looms just offshore.
