Beginning July 24, Genie+ will be renamed to Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Individual Lightning Lanes will be named Lightning Lane Single Pass. This change will also allow you to make advanced Lightning Lane reservations ahead of your vacation

Over a year after announcing they intended to simplify Genie+ and Lightning Lane, Disney has finally announced changes to the services. Disney Genie+ will be rebranded at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. The service will also be available to purchase ahead of time at Walt Disn

🚨IMPORTANT CRUISING UPDATE🚨

As you have probably seen, cruising has made a HUGE return in the past 18(ish) months since coming out of the pandemic. 2023 was considered the year of the cruise, and that trend is continuing into 2024 and beyond.

With that said, planning further in advance for a cruise has become more important than ever - especially if you have a family of 5, need multiple rooms, are planning to travel during peak times like schools breaks, summer and holidays. As your trusted travel advisors, we always want to be very clear on how important planning far in advance is for these, and planning last minute or just a few months ahead make it very hard to find what is needed.

There are some amazing things happening in cruising with new ships (like the Icon of the Seas, Utopia of the Seas and Star of the Seas from Royal Caribbean and Disney Treasure from Disney Cruise Line), new private islands opening and more. If you have yours eyes on one of these cruises, we HIGHLY encourage you to start planning now for 2025 and even 2026.

Disney After Hours events are returning to Walt Disney World Resort with plenty of late-night delights starting Jan. 10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Jan. 11 at Magic Kingdom and Feb. 2 at EPCOT.

The popular separately ticketed events mean tons of Walt Disney World theme park fun. You’ll get three hours – after hours – to ride your favorite attractions, see beloved characters and refuel on unlimited, complimentary snacks!

Event times at Disney’s Hollywood Studios are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Event times at Magic Kingdom Park and at EPCOT are from 10 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. You can get a head start on making happy memories by entering the park beginning at 7 p.m.

Girls Trip 2023

We have been wanting to do a girls trip to Disney World for atleast 7years if not longer. Between moving across the country, getting married, having babies, and all the other things going on in life it never worked out, but WE. DID. IT.

We have planned this trip to the tee from the food we were eating, times we would get to the parks, and everything in between and it was amazing. Although Hurricane Idalia cut our trip short we had so many firsts and so many belly laughs!

All that to say TAKE. THE. TRIP. even when all you hear is “I can’t believe your leaving your kids to go” trust me they are okay and have been to Disney more times than most adults 😅

CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort
Some of the best places to eat and play are located at CityWalk. This hip-happening place connects Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida theme parks but has its own amazing things to check out. Here are just a few.
Universal’s Great Movie Escape is a great way to spend time with family and friends. Enjoy two different movie themes: OUTATIME, based on Back to the Future, and Jurassic World: Escape. Get a score when you’re finished to see how well you worked together as a team. And watch out for some fun surprises along the way.

Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen is one of the most popular dining locations. Reservations are highly recommended. Enjoy the steampunk theming while sampling their famous chocolate bread along with a large menu of entrees and desserts. There is something for everyone.

Staying at a Deluxe Resort at Walt Disney World has a lot of perks and can be worth the price if one is available in your price range during your stay.

🌟 Deluxe Resorts have many different dining options, with some arguably being among the best on Disney property. Many have character dining meals.
🌟 Most of these resorts also have multiple modes of transportation like boat, monorail, or skyliner.
🌟 If you stay at one of the Deluxe Resorts in the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT areas, you're a very short transportation ride or walk to that specific park making you very close to all the fun. Pro tip: If you stay at a Magic Kingdom area resort, you're also a quick monorail ride to EPCOT.
🌟 Some of the best pools are located at Deluxe Resorts, most with awesome water slides!
🌟 When staying at a Deluxe Resort, you also have access to Extended Evening Hours on select days at select parks. This allows you to stay in the park 2 hours longer than Value and Moderate resort guests. You have the potential to get a lot done during these 2 hours, and can even ride the headliner rides (Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT and Tron: Lightcylce/Run at Magic Kingdom).

Genie+ Update 🧞‍♂️

Beginning June 27, Guests at Walt Disney World will now purchase Disney Genie+ service based on how they want to visit.

Guests will be able to select either a single-park option or a multiple-parks option, subject to availability.

With this update, prices may now be lower at some Walt Disney World theme parks compared to others. Guests will continue to be able to purchase Disney Genie+ service through the My Disney Experience app on the day of their visit.

Disney has also shared that there will be more updates coming in the future to Disney Genie+.

Disney Day at Sea 🚢

Have you ever thought a cruise would be boring? What could you possibly do all day on a ship in the middle of the ocean? 🤔

The answer is - A LOT! There are tons of activities for your day at sea on Disney Cruise Line and something for everyone. Sea days are my favorite days on a cruise! I always want at least one, but I prefer more! Here is a brief overview of everything there is to do on your sea day.

FOR THE KIDS 👦👧
The Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab are for littles ages 3-12. These areas are staffed by cast members trained to make sure your child has the most magical time! Activities are planned throughout the day, and parents can pick up and drop off at their convenience. Safety is key - so you must preselect a code word to be used at pick up. If you’re child isn’t sure about staying alone, there are open house times where adults can enter these normally kids only zones. Don’t forget about Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Your prince or princess can get the royal treatment just like in the parks. Plus, on Pirate Night they can get made over into a swashbuckling pirate!

FOR THE TWEENS AND TEENS👫
The Edge for children 11-14 and the Vibe for teens 14-17 are the perfect hangouts. They will also have activities scheduled throughout the day like games, scavenger hunts, and more! Teens can also enjoy relaxing by
