Starting in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s National Route 7 (RN7) stretches 760 miles from the east coast to extreme west of the country. The route concludes with a spectacular climb through the Andes mountains before reaching the limit with Chile. Crossing the border, the road (now named RCH-60) continues to the city of Valparaiso on Chile’s pacific coast, making this one of the few coast to coast roads in South America. @ Ruta Nacional 7 Argentina

Set deep down south in , the is without doubt one of the most spectacular natural phenomena in South America, and indeed the world. Despite global warming it is the only glacier in the world that is actually growing in size.

Perito Moreno can be visited from , an alpine style town located 76km away. A visit is not complete without a trek on the ice and a boat ride to get up close. The thuds and crushes of the glacier moving is deafening!
