Pursuant to the Philippine Government’s efforts to streamline its entry procedures and data collection processes, we inform you of the launch of the eTravel platform, an online registration system for travelers to the Philippines and returning residents.

Beginning 0001H of 02 December 2022, the Health Declaration Checklist of the Department of Health-Bureau of Quarantine may be accessed through etravel.gov.ph.

Passengers using the former www.onehealthpass.com.ph will be redirected to the new eTravel domain. On December 5, the old domain of the One Health Pass will no longer be accessible to the public.

The eTravel platform will host the electronic version of the paper Arrival Card that travelers must submit upon arrival in the Philippines for immigration clearance. Starting 05 December 2022, the Bureau of Immigration will discontinue using the paper Arrival Card. All travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal.

Registration on the eTravel platform is free. The public is warned against transacting with any entities or websites soliciting payments and fees of any kind as these are in no way related to the official eTravel platform of the Philippine Government.

The eTravel platform is a joint initiative of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in partnership with the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Transportation (DOTr).

📍e-Travel Registration to replace eARRIVAL CARD - Travelers may access new portal

📍Attention: Passengers traveling to the Philippines

📍Starting December 1, 2022, the Philippine Government will transition the old e-Arrival CARD Registration to a new e-Travel Registration, which travelers may access via a new portal (https://etravel.gov.ph) replacing the old www.onehealthpass.com.ph.

📍The old e-Arrival CARD Registration page (www.onehealthpass.com.ph) will still be accessible and accepted for a limited transition period.

📍Please note that this e-Travel Registration is a mandatory requirement for arrival in the Philippines, imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

📍The e-Travel Registration will also be easier to fill out and will require less information, in line with a decision by Philippine health authorities to simplify the arrival process. The new platform will have a more user-friendly interface that will soon be integrated with the system requirements of the Immigrations and Customs authorities.

📍To avoid long lines at the airport, we highly encourage you to fill out the e-Travel Registration within 72 hours prior to departure from your country of origin.

📍If you are unable to do so before departure, personnel from the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and airport staff will assist you in completing and uploading the e-Travel Registration upon your arrival in the Philippines.

Japan government has just announced that it will ease border measures starting from 7th September:

- Daily entry cap will be increased from 20.000 to 50.000.
- Allow foreign tourists to enter the country via package tours WITHOUT tour conductor.

COVID Negative Test Certificate, di na kailangan for fully vaccinated

Good news sa mga kababayan natin na mga fully vaccinated (third vaccination completed) na laban sa COVID dahil di nyo na kakailanganin pa ang PCR Test na ipakita sa pagpasok dito sa Japan simula next month.

Naglabas ng official na pahayag ang Japan Prime Minister today August 24 sa ginawa nyang online presscon na babaguhin nila ang policy tungkol sa pagpasa ng COVID-19 Negative Test Certificate (PCR Test) pagpasok dito sa Japan, at ito ay sisimulan nila sa darating na September 7.

Para sa detalye nito, maglalabas ng info ang Japan Ministry of Health at Japan Immigration Service Agency, kaya hintayin na lamang po natin.
