Each floor has 2 BR’s, I bath, large LR and Kitchen with private entrance. House is perfect for families, multi-generation families or friend families. Located on the the bay side, 211 steps to the beach & 4 houses from the bay. We are on a quiet street at the very north end of Harvey Cedars and on the cusp of Love ladies, it's just a short walk to the Harvey Cedars shops and restaurants, including Black-Eyed Susan's, and Neptune Market.

Our beaches are Guarded and are not crowded in Harvey Cedars

The upstairs unit has 2 BR’sand one full bath. 1st BR has a queen size bed and

2nd BR has 1 twin and 1 set of bunk beds.

Living room has a pullout sofa, full size.

The 1st floor unit has 2 BR’sand one full bath. 1st BR has a queen size bed and

2nd BR has 2 twins

Living room full size Sofa and comfy chair seating

If You want to rent the Whole House see below

BOTH UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR $4,200. PLEASE INQUIRE.

Both units have central ac and WiFi.

The large backyard includes 2 grills, 1 for each unit. There is also a sitting area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and an outdoor shower.

Each unit comes with 4 beach badges, (required for those 12 years and older), 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. In addition there are boogie boards and sand toys all are welcome to use.

* * Check-in 2 pm and check-out 11 am.

* * * Rental requires a signed Lease Agreement,

Must be signed and Returned

*Linens & towels are not supplied.

No graduation parties. No pets allowed (no exceptions). This is a smoke free house.
