We are a boutique, full-service, luxury travel advisory that curates bespoke experiences around the world with a focus on high-end accommodations and experiences that fulfill each and every travel dream. Using our unmatched expertise, global network and insider knowledge, we are able to provide clients with great guidance, planning, coordination and value – typically in the form of exclusive benef

its and amenities, special rates and promotions and extra special care and service from our hotel and ground operating partners worldwide. Simple Hotel Bookings
We are able to assist with accommodations on a complimentary basis once it falls within our scope – luxury (4-5+ star) hotels, vetted private homes and villas and yacht rentals. Through our affiliation with ITKE, a Virtuoso member and preferred partner of many top luxury hotel brands, we are able to guarantee clients the best rates, added value in the form of preferred amenities and VIP treatment when booking through us – think room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, early check-in, late check-out and hotel credits. We do ask that if we are working together, that you please allow us to facilitate all bookings for you. We are not able to book hotels using credit card or rewards points. If you intend to book any portion of your trip in that way, please let us know in advance as we will typically only take on trip requests where we are managing the majority of accommodations. Flights
If you are looking for help with just flights and accommodations, we typically charge a $50 per ticket flight management fee. This is an upfront, non-refundable fee which includes our assistance with the research, booking and management of the flights, including one change (all change/cancellation fees imposed by the airline are separate and at the expense of the client). Please note that we do not take on flight-only bookings or flight bookings made with airline miles or other credit card point programs, with the exception of Amex points. Full-service Destination Design
This is our specialty – perfect for that big adventure! We design a full itinerary inclusive of flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, activities, spa, events, hard-to-get restaurant reservations and any other special arrangements or recommendations you may need. This is not a one-size-fits- all travel experience! Your itinerary will be completely tailor-made to fulfill your passions and interests. Our full-service itinerary design fees start at $400 USD and vary based on length and complexity of the trip and the number of persons traveling. An added $500 USD fee will apply for last-minute bookings – departure within 2 weeks for domestic travel, departure within 3 weeks for international travel.
*All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable should you need to cancel your trip after planning has begun. Entertainment & Lifestyle Insider Access
Experience the impossible! Our team has unparalleledinsider access to entertainment and lifestyle happenings worldwide, allowing us to customize and create a true 360° experience. Tickets to a sold-out concert? Backstage access with your favorite artist for a once-in-a-lifetime moment? Want to attend Cannes Film Festival? Close down your favorite designer store for a cocktail party and shopping extravaganza with your closest friends? No worries. Need a reservation at that new Michelin star restaurant that’s booked out for months? We
got you! Play your favorite sport with your idol? No sweat. And, there are no extra service fees for these one-off purchases! If there’s a concert, show, sporting event, restaurant or festival that you are interested in attending, even if sold out or not normally offered to the public, always feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know what kind of access we can provide.

Ciao, Firenze 👋🏽 After a whirlwind week of connection & collaboration at I decided to take a few hours after meetings wrapped on the last afternoon to walk around & take it all in. Seeing the Duomo was like seeing it again for the very first time — absolute amazement! Florence, you will always have my ♥️

I can’t wait to design your next Iceland adventure 🧊

Truth: Iceland has always been on my wanderlist but never anywhere near the top. It was a destination I knew I’d get to eventually but countries like Japan & Rwanda were much higher priority. A few months ago, an opportunity presented itself to spend a week exploring this beautiful island & I can easily say this has been one of my favorite experiences of 2022 ❄️

Iceland is magic! The unreal natural beauty of its glaciers, ice caves, waterfalls, volcanoes, black sand beaches, lava & moss fields will leave you in a constant state of “wowww”

This was also, without a doubt, the most adventurous trip I’ve ever done & it was just SO.MUCH.FUN 🚁

If you love nature & adventure & Iceland isn’t on or near to the top of your list, I highly recommend you make it a priority. & then find someone [hi, it’s me 🙋🏽‍♀️] with all the firsthand insight to help you do it the right way. You won’t regret it ✨

Just back from a two week adventure to GREECE 🏛

We started in the Greek islands exploring Mykonos, Milos & Santorini before heading to the mainland & ending in the Peloponnese at the extraordinary . Can’t wait to share all my new firsthand Greece insight on hotels, tours, activities, restaurants, dos & don’ts with my lucky clients heading to these destinations later this year & next 🇬🇷

Last destination of 2021 — gotta make it a good one! 🌞

Hard to believe that this was our first time in Anguilla given how close it is to home but safe to say, it won’t be our last 🌊

Anguilla has everything you want from your next island vacation & there’s no doubt as to why it’s been voted the number 1️⃣ island in the Caribbean three years running! To state the obvious — stunning beaches, white sand, crystal clear waters, golden sunsets, land & water based activities, luxury resorts, wellness & delicious food [don’t get me started on the crayfish 🦞]. But I can’t talk about Anguilla without mentioning the people of Anguilla — the real standouts of this gem of an island! Everyone we met was warm, friendly & so happy to have us there. From Irma absolutely devastating the island in 2017 to the joys of 2020, the past few years haven’t been easy for this little dot on the map, but they just keep smiling!

They’ve also done an incredible job managing the pandemic as one of the few countries with little to no community spread. With all visitors required to be fully vaccinated [with a few exceptions], testing before & on arrival & practically no indoor activities, I feel very confident recommending Anguilla as a “safe” destination.

A very special couple will soon be celebrating their honeymoon 💍 at one of the top resorts in the Maldives & I can’t wait for them to check in to this paradise for a week of pure bliss ☀️

I’ve been on the move so much lately I haven’t had a chance to share some of my favorite client adventures 🌎

A lovely couple enjoyed a week of Pura Vida this past October in the beautiful Arenal Volcano region in Costa Rica 🌋 They reached out less than two weeks before their travel dates but I was able to snag them the last available casita at beautiful [Central America’s second best resort hotel according to ] & curate a fully tailor-made experience for their time in this rainforest paradise. I set them up with a VIP meet & greet at San Jose airport, a private premium transfer for the three hour drive to and from Arenal, their own private driver & guide at their disposal throughout the trip, a romantic private birthday dinner with cocktail pairing, a whole lot of excursions [all private of course] & their PCR tests for their return home in the comfort of their hotel! River rafting, volcano hiking, sky walking, hot springs, waterfalls — this bespoke itinerary was personally crafted for these adventure lovers 🥾

“Everything was amazing. I usually do all the planning & research but I’m so glad to have someone here to work with. From the time we got through immigration & were going to get our bags, they were already collected & waiting for us with a sign. That was great. Jose our driver/guide was everything we needed. His taste in restaurants & food meshed with ours so that was a plus for eating out. Nayara Gardens was blow mind. The food is excellent & we could not find a complaint about anything. One of the most fascinating things about Egypt is that you think you’re there for the pyramids & everything else on the itinerary is just icing on the cake but one day outside of Cairo & you’ll quickly realize that the pyramids will be the least of your wow moments in this mystical country!

Luxor is a city on the East Bank of the Nile in Upper Egypt & is an absolute must on any Egypt itinerary! As the site of what was once the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes [the capital of the pharaoh’s at the height of their power during the 16th to 11th centuries BC], Luxor is considered to be one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world. It’s also home to some of Egypt’s most famous temples, monuments & tombs — the modern city is built around Luxor Temple & Karnak Temple Complex & a quick boat ride over to the West Bank will get you to Valley of the Kings & Valley of the Queens [the beautifully painted rock-cut tombs of the ancient pharaohs]. If you’re planning a Nile cruise while in Egypt, it’s likely that your cruise will either start or end in Luxor.

💡 Fun fact: Did you know that Upper Egypt is actually the name given to the southern portion of Egypt?! That’s because the Nile flows from South to North so the upper part of the Nile is located in southern Egypt hence Upper Egypt!

Ticked off my 50th country & made it back to my favorite continent 🌍, all in one. While a very different experience from Eastern & Southern Africa, Egypt is no less enchanting! With a rich history dating back over 7,000 years, architectural marvels including the only surviving Ancient Wonder of the World, magical myths & a trove of Millennia-old monuments & tombs along the banks of the world’s longest river, Egypt definitely deserves a spot on your wanderlist 📝

There are worse places to work on client trips, right?! 👀 I know I’ve been quiet on here but it’s been an exciting few weeks over here at Wanderluxe by Design — moved into my new office last week, on Friday I got my second dose of the AstraZeneca jab so in 10 days I can officially say that I am fully vaxxed [& ready to go ✈️] & [for the best news] our PM has announced that Trinidad’s borders are [finally 😭] re-opening in July 2021 🎉🎉🎉 It’s been 15 long months without travel for us & I know that I’m not the only one who’s excited to get back out there again because the inquiries have started flowing in & I couldn’t be more thrilled! Now for a few days of working on client requests with this backdrop before my hubby starts his new job on Monday [so proud of you @beanos10 😘] & before I go, I’ll leave you with one small piece of advice — if you want to travel this year, demand is HIGH, availability is LOW & the time to book is YESTERDAY!
